Support for multiple providers through redirect

Hi,

I've been using this module for a while and needed support more payment options.
So I created this patch that works with paypal and other redirect payment methods as well as payments that do not use redirect (eg bank transfer).
I haven't tested this patch with other gateways for credit card processing and I'm not sure it will work.
