While updating to the 6.x-1.0-beta13 version of Feeds i discovered that the plugins/FeedsSimplePieParser.inc file was deleted since the previously installed version 6.x-1.0-beta12.

This results in a missing FeedsSimplePieParser class and breaks importers that are configured to use the SimplePie parser.

I was unable to find any reason for this in the changelog and issue queue for this so i assume this is a bug.
