Looks good.

1. Album per user is nice. How about album per group (OG)? Only groups member (or public if allow) can view the images.

2. Can I tag or add taxonomy CCK field for the image?

1. Albums in groups should work, as long as you enable node access control through OG. If you're asking for just ONE album per group, then that feature is not implemented yet since I'm not familiar with the OG API. It's an interesting feature though, so I'll keep it in mind. Remember, if you want to use albums inside of OG, make sure to use secure mode to prevent users from going into other albums by altering the AJAX calls.

2. Not at the moment, although I want to add taxonomy, since each picture is NOT a node, it's very hard to integrate with the current model. But it's definitely in my drawing board. You can tag albums though.
