Is this sort of thing possible in Drupal?

Hey guys. New Guy.

I was wondering if this website page was possible in Drupal.

The idea is to have the magazine 'titles' to appear with every new article entry to add another title and push one out. (max 6)
I have knowledge in html/css however only acquainted with PHP and MSQL.

Yes, you just need to get into Drupal and read about theming and how to use Views.

Well, you might need to read and understand a little more about Drupal first ....
