#1885490: Paths not converted to aliases clearly shows there are issues. The module should not create it's own links. Just create the same. Therefore nobody needs to reinvent the wheel and we can only run one filter. This is also better for compatibility.

Drupal internal paths are looking like "node/1" and not like "node/1/".

CKEditor Link does not create any "own" link.
Using CKEditor Link Filter is not mandatory. If you prefer Pathologic, use it instead.
