If using a field that has a widget of "ooyala_upload", the content type isn't recognized as a valid upload field type because it doesn't match the exact string "ooyala". We should allow any widget type whose type *contains* ooyala to be allowed. This patch fixes this issue and elaborates our help text a bit.
