Hungarian translation destroys Drupal

Hello,

the hungarian translation (po/hu.po) uses wrong encoding, therefore it is generally unreadable.

The bigger problem is, that it overwrites some general strings like "Submit", "Edit" etc. with WRONG strings, therefore it destroys a lot of functionalities of the entire system. E.g. you can't submit new nodes until you fix the translation of "Submit" etc.
