Settings on Node edit page

I have some rmoarks on the 'node edit' settings:

1. The Action 'Delete selected items' is added by default, when the user has the proper permissions.
I can imagine You do not want that for certain folders. Please add an option 'Allow deleting files (with proper permission)' to the Node edit/Folder rights group.
2. A notice/link to the permissions page would help analysis of problems, Since you might have a 2-step feature granting: by folder settings and by user permissions.
3. 'Allow folder to be created' would be better under de 'Folder upload' section. (after all, you'd only do that to upload files afterwards)
4. or just merge both sections 'Folder rights' and 'Folder Upload'.
