Official documentation pages missing for new Drupal 8 Modules

Removed pages that were actually created.

Just adding a note that the documentation for the email module should go here: http://drupal.org/node/1645232. That section already has a page for the older contrib version of the eMail module so the new page will need to be titled something like "Email (Drupal 8)".

updated status of pages and clarified the issue

In double-checking what's been done so far with this issue, I discovered a couple of unfortunate things. The first is that the issue originally said that the page that lists the core modules (http://drupal.org/node/1283408 ) needed updating. This is somewhat true, but I just learned today that there is a script tucked away at the bottom of that page which apparently can generate the entire list automatically. So the work that people recently did to *manually* update the list was pretty much a waste of time. :( I've updated this issue to clarify this point and I've added a note to the top of the core module list page so that others don't get led astray.

The second thing was that D8 modules in this issue were all marked as done when actually what was happening was that the list of core modules was getting updated (unnecessarily). So I've gone through the modules and clarified the status of each. Before I started, it looked like the issue was almost ready to be marked fixed but actually most of the work is still to be done. :(

Actually, looking at this again I realized that the content is mostly done, I just needed to update the URLs for a number of pages. So at this point there are just two pages - ban and tour - that need more content. Certainly, the rest of the pages could use more work, but they seem to provide enough basic information.

The two incomplete pages need task based info (i.e. how to do bans and tours). They don't appear to have any UI at this point in time. I'm not sure what the plan is for those modules. If they need contrib modules to provide a UI, we should add that information.
