It's kind of a hassle right now getting tokens. the admin pages will get you a token for your account, not specific to a page. but if that token has the manage_pages permission, you'll be able to post to one of your pages.

The 4.x branch is still under development, but will support tokens much better. Some of those features may get back-ported to 3.x.
