Using this module with Pathauto 2.x, I get a few errors relating to the tokens apparently provided. Firstly, the advertised tokens do not appear in the token list in the settings page; I don't know if this is a programmatic thing or not though.

Secondly, the tokens apparently do not work. On using either of the tokens, I receive errors like this:

You are using the token [hierarchypath] which is not valid within the scope of tokens where you are using it.

I assume this means that the pathauto module does not recognise the tokens provided by nodehierarchy.

You are correct, Node Hieararchy does not currently work with Token and therefore does not work with Pathauto 2.x. It works with the 1.x line of Pathauto. Pathauto 2 (or more accurately Token) integration is my top priority for this module, and hopefully I will get time to implement this in the next week or so.
