I've created a sub-theme of Radix and also am testing using Sizzle and both themes have navbar problems with Windows 7 Internet Explorer

I updated sizzle to use the latest radix. Can you test if you have the same issues?

(The latest radix and sizzle works quite differently. Backup your codes before testing please)
