Remove all the old upload code and instead rename the field to just be a Embed_code field with refresh thumbnail capabilities.

Essentially this is just trying to line up the D6 and D7 Versions,

This commit wraps it up. I rename the field to Ooyala embed code but kept the machine name the same to avoid issues since there is a beta version of this out.

I also removed what seems to be a tpl file that was never used.

This wraps up this issue.
