Running this command after enabling mobile_jquery module reports this error:

Command mobile_jquery needs the following module(s) enabled to run:  mobile_jquery. 
The drush command 'mobile_jquery THEME NAME machine_name' could not be executed.

I ran into the same issue, clearing the cache (drush cc all) fixed it.
