Select content by region

Dear Cartaro community,

I would love to see a feature like search by region. I am thnking about a "select by region" button which then activates a drawing feature on the map.
after submitting search you will get each dataset that intersects with the selected region.

I think this is a valuable extension for cartaro as it enables direct access to a big resource of content.
