You might want to expand on what you are looking for help on, it is not clear what you would expect from a "Drupal 7 Core source code tutorial"

I agree with netvets, there are plenty of Drupal tutorials out there if you look.

If you are looking for specific code examples you can checkout the examples module.

thanks for both of you replies. Basically I'm looking for a source code walkthrough for drupal 7 core. Maybe not line by line, but high level of key structure/block of source code.
