What modules will work for my application?

I am looking for recommendations on a what modules would work for my site design. I am new to Drupal, why does the spell check say Drupal is spelled wrong.
I need to make a system to rate employees.
Customers can rate them.
Employees can rate employees.
And they ratings can be referenced to job numbers.
Customers log in can only see ratings of employees on their own work. Not other customers.
Rating system will track who submitted the rating.
