I got this error 'EntityMalformedException: Missing bundle property on entity of type taxonomy_term' on term creating / editing. This error disappeared after Field Permissions module Disable / Enable operation. I use taxonomy terms with custom fields.

I'm going to ask for more information here -- This could be any number of things, unrelated to Field Permissions, like interfering Rules, or Entityreferences.

If anyone can give me more details on how to reproduce, I'll keep looking.

Field Permissions does not support Drupal 7.
