It doesn't appear in any version.
Is the link that appears after uploading image, and clicking on it, opens this module's window. So is the most important string in the module!
I have localized to spanish an important part of this module's strings and this one seems to be "hard-coded".

Any ideas? Thanks.

I assume you're using -dev, as "Crop image" was introduced after RC3. The text in RC3 is "Crop this image" which is shown and translated on localize.drupal.org

I'm planning to do an RC4 soon, so it should show up on once that is released.
