Since updating to the latest version of Radix, my Panopoly site no longer shows any of the admin "shortcuts" such as "Add Content". This used to be shown at the top of the Admin menu slideout on the left (when I click Menu) but isn't there now. Can this be restored?

Shortcuts should be back now. Default navbar styles removed from Radix for now. Let's see what happens in the following two issues first.

Navbar: #1757466: Prefix all navbar classes to prevent theme clashes
Panopoly: #1964996: Support Breakpoints Module w/ Latest Navbar
