I want to do some data processing before data is saved.
For exmample I need to check agaisnt duplication or call another feed read (for exampe for pages with data pagination)
What is the best way to do it (usig rueles for trigers or soe hook from feeds) an what are the hooks for it?

Checking for duplication can usually be done by setting unique targets. This issue could use a review, #661606: Support unique targets in mappers. To paginate, see Feeds Crawler. Also, check out Feeds Tamper.
