I have just upgraded to the latest variable 2.2 module and noticed that i cant set the secondary menu source in menu settings.

As i see it is related to i18n module Variable translation function.

I had to set menu sources to be multilangual in menu settings /admin/config/regional/i18n/variable. Is it the normal method for this? I think secondary menu source should be adjustable without setting these options here.
