BUEditor should not be rendered for textareas with plain text format, as plain text doesn't allow any html to be displayed. It should be displayed just for textareas with text processing enabled - filtered text with format other than plain text.

Quick patch created against the recent dev version is attached.

Setting this to need review to have a test run on it. I would like to have this feature added to BUEditor.

You are saying it needs an automated test to be included? There are no tests in this module. I already tested it myself which is why I made it RTBC.
