I see you are using hook_menu_alter.

Not exactly sure what's going on here but admin/accounting/fields returns access denied.

I see reference in the comments to mcapi_menu but can't find the file?

This is just a typo.

The correct url is: admin/accounting/workflow/fields

It is located on line 404 of profiles/cforge/modules/mutual_credit/extras/forms/mcapi_forms.module
