Google crawler errors being uploaded. It appears they are time specific, as they don't repeat every day.

Some are working such http://drupal.org/cvs?commit=56980, but a temporary network problem is surely the cause of them being unreachable by googlebot.

I wonder where googlebot picked some of these URLs, such as http://drupal.org/BestPractices or /EditMe which don't exist.
I get a page not found with these URLs. If anything they could be added in the Remove URLs list on google webnaster tools, but it's not the highest priority.
