I have just upgraded from a dev version (see below) to 1.5. After that all the inline images were no longer displayed. The images are still on the server and are also displayed properly in all the image nodes but no longer in other nodes. I checked the HTML and it turns out that the paths used by Image Assist are wrong: Instead if /system/files/etc. it is only /files/etc. - that means that it is no longer working for those who have Drupal handle downloads.

I switched back to the dev version and everything is fine again, so the change must have been implemented during recent development work.
