It would be very nice to see integration with the userpoints module.

This module hasn't been touched for at least a year if not longer.

I'd like to provide my perspective on this topic.
I built a similar system under http://drupal.org/project/market which leveraged a lot of modules including userpoints. It was broken within a month of being finished with it because the APIs of the modules I depended on changed. So, sure, this could be valuable but we shouldn't take it to an extreme. Userpoints is fairly stable, but it also took a while to be udpated to 6.x.
