Multiple hs items on the same page leads to JS error

Hi.
I try to make a views filter using HS module.
I have a HS field car make->model.
This field is a taxonomy vocabulary.
For example:
Honda
->civic
->acord
->legend
Audi
->a4
->a6
->a8
The problem occurs when I try to place views exposed form with this field in the right col of garland theme.
The I process to a node add form, where this HS field is present too.
This leads to an error "You don't have Javascript enabled." after trying to submit node.
The same effect can be achieved when placing two different exposed form, having the same HS field, on one page.
