field labels do not get translated

I tried both "Use the Views display style format. (experimental)" checked and uncheked.
All field labels are translated.

Picture and finder export are attached.

Please provide steps on how to reproduce the bug and reopen. I don't even understand what I'm looking at in that picture.

Just had a thought - check your views displays "Field Language:" setting. If there are multiple displays there make sure you're happy with the setting on all of them.
If you determine that it's all OK I guess reopen this and I can look into this. Testing i18n stuff is bit of a hassle though.
