Tab jumps through buttons, can it jump from Subject to Body?

Issue Summary

When my users make forum comments / replies, they expect to be able to tab through from subject to the comment text field, but the button links for the editor actions get caught in-between.

Is there a way to take the buttons out of the tab cycle or placed in order after the comment field even if visually they come before? Perhaps something can be done in the JavaScript for each button? I'm not a JS guru.
