Chats as nodes will allow the normal node access controls to be used to control access to chats. Chats should be organized like forums.

In addition, we should provide a chat CCK field that will interface with the chat engine and allow chats to be added to any node type.

To be more specific, this module will be responsible for creating channels and setting up the chat panel. Both the panel and the channels will be maintained by separate modules.
