I currently installed Simple Karma on my site, however most of my users don't register (for the time being). Now, although you can give anonymous users the right to vote in access control, they will still be redirected to login screen when they try to cast a vote.

If this is intended by design, is there a possibility to deactivate the redirection of anonymous users if you allow them to vote on karma through access control?

My apologies... by design, the module does not allow anonymous voting. People who allowed anonymous voting in their module in the past have later regretted it... It's just too hard, to messy, too impredictable :-(
