I am running a new VPS-server with cPanel, and use LAMP from it.
Are there someone who want to share their configurations on EasyApache by cPanel control panel, and also what you would suggest me to have checked or leave unchecked?

I don't have copies to hand from the time I did it. I would not worry about recompiling Apache. You may get a small performance gain from only compiling in modules you really need. The modules I have compiled in (not cPanel) are
core.c
mod_log_config.c
mod_logio.c
prefork.c
http_core.c
mod_so.c

Everything else can be loaded as extensions if required.

The Apache configuration is more important, for stability.
