Create a 6.x-1.0 release of Project* [meta] [#1957586]

I've provided a lot of patches in project module queue. Most of them are critical for an upgrade from D5 and waiting in queue for more than one year without getting committed. Most of them should be RTBC or at least WFM.

Maintainers seems to be very inactive here, but I still hope to get these bugs finally nailed out. Can you review and commit these patches, please?

Yes, we're still not doing a great job with this module for sites that aren't d.o. I'm sorry about that, and I wish there were a lot more of me so that each of us could focus on one of the 10 full time jobs worth of stuff people expect me to be doing. ;) Part of the problem is I doubt any of the current maintainers still have a D5 project site we can test the D6 upgrade path with. I've always resisted committing things I didn't personally verify. I guess I need to just stop worrying about it and accept that fact that I can't test everything myself.

No, just focused on the D7 port, not D5->D6 migration bugs. Yes, it'd Be Better(tm) if we had an official 6.x-1.0 release before we started porting to D7. Sadly, we didn't, and a 6.x-1.0 release is very low on everyone's priority list right now. :/

Anyway, you've got a nice list started there. Hopefully they're all tagged with 6.x-1.0 blocker. When I or any other maintainer has a chance to look at those patches, we will.
