I would like a deadline field on a case. One way to achieve this is to use CCK + Dat + jsCalender. That can give you a deadline field. The problem is that I need tracking of changes just like the status, assigned and title fields. So I think that there are two possibilities. Either this is baked into casetracker. Another alternative is to make it possible to choose for each of the fields if it's tracked or not. But that last option might result in a usability nightmare.

Anyway, I just can't believe that a case tracking tool doesn't have a 'deadline' for cases. Someone must already have implemented something like this, no?
