Here is the issue I'm having I set a date field to only collect Year, Month, Day, Hour. Then I use the Date pop up widget for that field. Now when creating a node with that field on it, when I go in to that field and focus in the time text box it automatically adds minutes and does not allow you to delete them. Which triggers an error of invalid date format on submit of the node form. This isn't a huge issue for me as the client doesn't mind using the select boxes widget as a workaround. So I just wanted to make you aware of the issue.
