Hi dylanthomas,

I appreciate you using the theme and reporting this issue. I don't use overlay but I just turned it on and tested it and it worked just fine for me (no 404). Do you have jquery_update installed as mentioned in the known issues section of the project page? I'm assuming this issue is caused by the jQuery version difference between Drupal core and theme.

If this isn't the case please post additional information like version of jquery_update used and any additional information.
