Views Slideshow + Random + Priority

Is there a way to have a Views Slideshow that is random as to which slide it loads but give some slides priority? Basically want I am looking to do is add a Sponsors block in the right column of my site. The Slideshow will randomly pick a sponsor logo and show it then rotate to the next random logo. But I have different levels of sponsors. So I would like Gold sponsors to show up more often than silver sponsors and so on. So instead of physically inserting say gold sponsors 5 times each, silvers sponsors 3 times each and so on can I add maybe a field that labels the level of sponsor and by that level it gives that company/logo a higher priority or makes it show up more often?

I want it random as I don't want every time the page loads to have the same logo show up and just hope that the visitors watch the block long enough to see all the sponsors.
