Elements settings expand/collapse broken in Rubik

I'm not sure if this needs to go here or in the Rubik project.

I tested in two different environments and action was the same: when clicking on "Settings" in the "Elements" section of admin/structure/finder/list/content_finder/edit, the options quickly expand and then disappear. Behavior is not present when using Seven.

Same behavior was noted in two separate local environments, running Drupal 7.21 and 7.19. One was highly customized (lots of modules) and the other was a clean install.

To reproduce

• Install Rubik and Tao themes, enable both and set Rubik as default administration theme
• Install/enable ctools, views, and finder modules. Using ctools 7.x-1.3, views 7.x-3.7, and finder 7.x-2.0
• Navigate to admin/structure/finder/list/content_finder/edit and click on "Settings" under "Elements".

If there is any other information you need, please let me know.

I posted here because all other collapsing fieldsets are working normally on both local installations using the Rubik theme. It's only Finder where incorrect behavior is found.
