hi , when I sent the newsletter as an admin, it picks up the image and formatting I put into my simplenews-newsletter-body.tpl.php file.
But when other people who are not admin send it , the formatting is gone.
What permissions do I have to assign to allow them to send the newsletter with all its formatting?

I added permissions for :
Send advuser email
and Administer Mail System
and now the emails comes out allright with the template from their role

Thank you for ur help but i have 7.x-1.0 and i can't find those permissions to add to my role and i have the same problem , can you help me ?

they are in the permissions list under Mail System, nothing to do with this module
