Relative date as reusable date format?

Hello,

could somebody please describe me, if and how I could use a relative date as a token,
like [current-date:month]? I created a custom format "month" by entering "F" at "/admin/config/regional/date-time/formats/add"
which returns the name of the current month. The question is, how I could get the name of the next month
to use it as a token like this. Maybe there is an easy solution like "next month" or "F+1" ...?

I need this especially for a menu-title (and path). For the current month of a calender I could use
the menu token module, but I don´t know how to get the next month ('may') in there.
