Notice: Undefined index: #parents in radix_button() (line 89 of /opt/development/mpotter/drupal/sites/all/themes/radix/includes/form.inc).

This error occurs when I visit the Content admin view page in Panopoly. Looks like there needs to be a simple isset($element['#parents'][0]) test?

Seems that neither the exposed filter Apply button, nor the Execute button have a #parents key.
