I believe this bug exists within the "Menu Admin per Menu" module, but I'm not 100% sure and if any one could provide some insight it would be appreciated!

A quick description is that Administration menu is not showing me the correct number of menus under "Structure --> Menus" when I limit access to certain menus with the "Menu Admin per Menu" module.

I'm closing this as I believe this is a problem with Features at: #1977814: Menu created with Features - compatibility issue (where I have added a patch for review).
