I am new to this theme, so please forgive me if this has already been solved.

at www.dimsumlabs.com we have a set of blogs which feature the author name and the date of the posting.

We have a new author who prefers to be known by his "net name", which we don't normally use (we use first names). People are getting confused as to who this person is, so we'd like them to be able to click on the author name and visit the user information page that (now) lists his name and "net id".

So, how do I enable the navigation? I would like my visitors to be able to *click* on the author name at the top of the blog posting and be navigated to the user info & contact page

I can do this with administrator privileges out of the box, but cannot figure out how to allow anonymous users to be able to contact blog entry authors should they wish to do so.

Looks like tweaking the admin/people/permissions area worked for me

Enable anonymous users to view User Profiles and Contact
