Using HS with Field Collection removes previous set terms

Hi All,

I am primarily using HS for its lineage feature. Using profile 2 i have setup a section that allows the user to have multiple instances of that section (using field collections module). The issue is that when an extra instance is added it removes any terms that were saved in the previous instance and requires it to be set all over again. It seems as if its not storing the data correctly??

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
