It was included before, but there were too serious issues on MariaDB upgrade, so for MariaDB it has been removed.

See for reference: #1779626: MariaDB 5.5.27 breaks install and upgrade because of its mytop related bug

Maybe we could try to stop removing it if installed on systems with MariaDB - this needs some testing.
