My moderator role has all the access permissions that admin has, and can fully edit and delete any polls - but they can't see the "clear all votes" button on the votes tab, when administrators can.

any ideas?

Actually, I am finding that only user 1 can clear votes using the "clear all votes" button. This button is displayed after checking the "administer votes" permission, which is never defined.
