Still a bit of a newbie so please bear with me.

If I set the right sidebar to 300 px, the light blue header remains at the original width causing text to overlap the left side of the header.

Hello eyecon,

Thank you for reporting the issue.

The provided default block title backgrounds are images, so they have a fixed width. If you want 300px wide block titless you can create images wide enough to extend to 300px, or just use custom colors for the block title background (which won't have the rounded corners).

Fixed and committed.

I have made (and committed) new images for all of the block title backgrounds, which are 500px wide (the previous ones were 210px) to accommodate wider sidebars.
