Description

Hi,

Panels 2 is great. I've got it working on my development PC, however on the server I use for my web site I get "An Error Occured" when I try to edit the content. If you go to www.passingphase.co.nz/alart/Taradale, login as test/admin, go to panels and edit content, configure pane you should get the error message. It occurs in both FF and IE.

Many thanks

I'm reverting to the earlier version of Panels, so you won't be able to see the problem first hand at that url, but it still exists.

I agree about how fantastic this module is!
Unfortunately I am also getting this error in FF and IE7 (on a windows XP client machine).

It is a javascript error and seems to be occurring in the jquery.js when the panel content page loads.
I tried it with and without the jquery_update module (and its copy of jquery1.2), and it was the same error both times.

sorry, this looks to be a duplicate of http://drupal.org/node/194475

Actually I don't think this is a dup of that issue; I think this is a different javascript issue. :/

The annoying thing is that I can't make this happen on my test server, so I have no way to debug this.

Not sure if this is the same thing because I'm getting it when I try to _add_ content, not edit it. It says:

"An error occured while attempting to process the pane configuration modal form"

Cross-post here with same exact issue/error message that Michelle is reporting: http://drupal.org/node/275071#comment-905905

UPDATE: Apparently I did not do a very good job of reading the KNOWN_ISSUES.txt file, whereby it points out that wysiwyg editors have been known to explode panels. In our case it was tinymce. :p

Sorry for the false alarm...

There are lots of other open issues that deal with this same general problem, so I'm closing this one as it doesn't have much information in it.
