Hovering over the Facebook button in socialmedia_share-default shows "Visit xxxxxx on Facebook" while it should say "Share this on Facebook".
One would say it´s a cosmetic issue, but it confuses site visitors which is bad.

Patch attached. Also sometimes get message about undefined index on line 612 of socialmedia.platforms.inc which is fixed in patch.
